View MenuThe Colonnade Cocktail Bar & Lounge reflects the Roman history of Lincoln and the iconic Colonnades which once stood on Bailgate. Located at the centre of the hotel, this is a stylish and dynamic venue, whatever the time of day.
In the morning, artisan coffee and other speciality Barista drinks are served to get your day off to a great start. From noon onwards, we serve a mouth-watering selection of small plates, showcasing the very best local and seasonal Lincolnshire ingredients. As evening falls and the candles are lit, the space transforms into one of Lincoln’s most elegant and stylish destinations for indulgent cocktails, low key acoustic entertainment and a place to socialise and celebrate with friends and family alike.
