Room Rates
Room rates listed are on a per room, per night basis. On either a Room Only basis, Bed and Breakfast basis or a Dinner Bed & Breakfast basis as indicated. All rates are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
A valid credit card will be taken to guarantee any booking.
Booking Conditions
For individual reservations we will charge an 100% of the quoted rate for the entire stay for any cancellations within 48 hours of arrival. Group bookings are defined as five or more rooms.
For group bookings, we will charge 100% of the total of the rooms cancelled within 14 days of arrival. Any deposits relating to any group rooms cancelled will be non-refundable nor transferrable to another room in the group.
No refunds will be given for failing to take up any component included in the price of your stay, including meals.
Check-in
Check-in time is 15.00 on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 11.00 on the day of departure. Late check-out and early arrivals will only be accommodated if rooms are available. Check in time for bookings made for any of our Suites in 14:00.
Pre-Authorisations
The White Hart requires all guests to provide a valid credit or debit card upon check-in. The hotel will pre-authorise this card for the full room rate (unless the room rate has been paid in advance), plus £50 per night per room for any additional charges that you may incur during your stay.
Chlidren Stay for Free
Children up to the age of 16 stay for free in their parent’s room – subject to the suitability of the room to take extra beds. Rates are inclusive of breakfast for two adults. All children’s meals including breakfast are charged as taken.
Pet Policy
The White Hart accepts dogs in specified rooms at a charge of £20 per dog, per night. By prior arrangement only and subject to availability Maximum of two well behaved dogs in one room.
Single Occupancy of a Double/Twin Room
A discount of £15 applies for single occupancy on a bed and breakfast basis, and £30 on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis.
Packages
Prices for packages are based on 2 adults sharing a twin/double room for the stated number of nights.
Liabilities
Please safeguard your property. The hotel will not accept any liability for loss of or damage to property or death or illness of or injury to persons unless caused by the Company’s negligence. Unless the Company is liable, you will indemnify the Company from and against any and all liability for loss of, or damage to, property or death or illness or injury to persons and against any and all claims, costs, demands, proceedings, and damages arising as a result of the event. You are advised to consider your insurance cover in respect of above.
